Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store and add any items you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details needed to complete the order. If you do not wish to pay online, you may call or email us to arrange payment over the phone, by cheque or by bank transfer.
If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake. Please do so quickly as we prepare and post most orders the same working day. When we receive your order, we will automatically send you an email detailing the order, our contact details and the returns policy. If we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason, we will notify you immediately and you will have the option to cancel the order or accept a substitute.
Discount Codes
Discount codes are valid for a limited time only and are subject to change or withdrawal without notice.
Only one discount code or promotional offer may be used per order. Discounts cannot be combined, stacked, or used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, or sale, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Discount codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases. Discount codes have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may not be resold.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order where a discount code is misused, abused, or applied incorrectly. Certain products, services, or collections may be excluded from discount eligibility.

Shipping and Handling
Please see our Delivery Information page for full details of our shipping options and costs. If your item is not in stock, we will back-order it for you and you will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges: For orders made from the UK, 20% VAT is added. EU orders under €150 have taxes collected at checkout via IOSS. All other international orders are VAT free and may be subject to local import duties.
Credit Card Security: When an order is placed on our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128-bit encryption. We receive only a payment confirmation notification and are not able to see any card numbers or payment information.
Privacy Policy
Pure Pens (Niche Pens Limited) does not generally disclose buyers' information to third parties and does not sell it. We may disclose limited information — including name, delivery address and items ordered — to a supplier to directly dispatch an item to the buyer, and will provide name and delivery information to Royal Mail or a courier company for the purposes of order delivery.
We operate a service review system through Trustpilot and will generally provide an email address to their automated system so that a review invitation is sent to the buyer's email address. Trustpilot will have no access to payment information. If you would prefer this not to be done, please let us know in the 'Shipping Notes' section of the order process.
Cookies are used on this website to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart and to store delivery addresses if the address book is used. You can turn off cookies within your browser settings. If you turn off cookies, you may be unable to place orders or benefit from other features that use cookies.
Data collected by this site is used to: (a) take and fulfil customer orders; (b) administer and enhance the site and service; (c) disclose information to third parties only for goods delivery purposes.
Returns Policy
Your rights to return goods are protected under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 14 days for a full refund, including the cost of standard delivery. If you upgraded your postage (for example to Guaranteed Next Day), we will refund the standard postage cost only. You will be responsible for the return postage cost in the event of a cancellation.
You are required to cancel your order in writing. Please do this by contacting us by email and including your name, date of order and your order reference number. Your refund will be paid within 14 days.
You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning goods, so you should take out sufficient postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault — for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.
Any goods returned should be in saleable condition. We reserve the right to reduce the refund value if an item has been handled more than would be reasonable to initially test the pen and as a result shows wear and tear. Please thoroughly clean any ink from fountain pens and return all original packaging and any items included with the order.
None of these terms affect your statutory legal rights. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted to the minimum extent necessary to comply with the law, without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
