UK Delivery
We ship UK orders via Royal Mail. Delivery charges are based on your order total (including VAT):

You can choose your preferred service at checkout. Special Delivery is next-weekday guaranteed by 6pm, but is dependent on the item being in stock and ordered before 3pm — please email info@purepens.xyz if you have a time-sensitive order.
Orders placed before 3pm Monday–Friday will generally be dispatched the same day. This is dependent on stock availability. If you have a deadline, please get in touch to confirm stock and delivery estimates. Orders placed after 3pm on Friday will be dispatched the following Monday.
International Delivery
We ship worldwide via Royal Mail Airmail and courier services. Rates are based on your order total:

Courier upgrades are available at checkout. Shipping costs reflect the actual cost of carriage — we do not profit on postage. Orders containing heavy items (such as glass ink bottles) or high-value insured items may incur additional charges; we will contact you if this applies.
VAT and Currency
UK customers will see prices including VAT on each product page. It may take a few seconds for both the inc. and ex. VAT prices to load, as our system also serves international customers. If only one price is displayed, it will be the ex. VAT price — this may be caused by your IP address appearing as overseas or via a VPN.
EU Customers: Orders under €150 (excluding shipping) have taxes collected at checkout via the IOSS system — no additional fees should be due on delivery. Orders over €150 are priced excluding tax and will be assessed by customs on arrival in your country.
US Customers: Duties and tariffs are collected at checkout and remitted to the US Government via our courier, so no further duties will be payable on arrival.
Delayed Deliveries
Royal Mail estimates the following transit times once your parcel has been dispatched:
- UK: 1–4 working days
- Europe: 7–10 working days
- Rest of World: up to 21 working days
If your order has exceeded the estimated transit time, please check with your local post office before contacting us — your parcel may be awaiting collection there. If an order is returned to us due to an unclaimed parcel or an incorrect/incomplete delivery address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of redelivery.
